Mini Survey - Local Food
A mini survey conducted by Omar Niode Foundation shows that Indonesians love their traditional foods, drinks and snacks and appeal for more promotions to spread the delicacies.
Based on the survey’s recommendations Omar Niode Foundation with its partners are organizing Patali (Market) Day - Agriculture, Food & Culinary Arts Celebration to be held on Saturday, 23 February 2013 at The Dharmawangsa, Jakarta.
Omar Niode Foundation, established in 2009, is a nonprofit organization that plays a role in increasing the quality of learning tools as well as the quantity of competent and qualified Indonesian human resources in agriculture, food, and culinary arts.
