During the Food Writing Session at Patali (Market) Day, we were incredibly fortunate to have Pangesti “Chichi” Bernardus shared her food writing tips to the audience.
Chichi, a foodie and a proud mother of 4, is the Editor-in-Chief and Chief Community Officer of Women's Health Indonesia, a beauty and wellness magazine for modern women in Indonesia launched by Femina Group.
Food writing is one among her many passions. Besides scribbling fashion designs in her notebook, Chichi is a climate change communicator after being trained by Al Gore and The Climate Reality Project in Jakarta and San Francisco.
Last year at the Salone del Gusto and Terra Madre, Chichi mingled with more than 200,000 visitors in Turin, Italy to participate in exhibits, events and activities of Slow Food, a global grassroots organization with supporters in 150 countries.
Succeeding the food tasting and live tweeting at Patali (Market) Day, Chichi’s food writing session drew a number of questions, some from food writers and journalists.
See Chichi's slides presentation below and follow @chichibernardus and @womenshealthINA to get tips on many issues including food, fashion and wellness.
